Course Learning Outcome: Create a working Model

Module Outcomes:

1. Identify and select appropriate code for specific relationships
2. Analyze model for incorrect mathematical expressions.

Activities:

1. Download and install the FREE [evaluation] version of SIMILE modeling software.
2. Complete the tutorials for modeling on the SIMILE website. Use the bank account that you defined and conceptualized in Module 1 if you need an example. Your goal is to get your model to produce a balance that is as close to your actual bank account balance as possible.
3. Find problems in the given model.
4. Read the paper on “Why do animals eat wood?” Conceptualize the model and code the content.
